YOUR BUSINESS + QUOTURN
Send the estimate.
Give the customer a clear next step.
Quoturn helps recover open quotes by explaining your approved value, responding to hesitation and coordinating the next step toward completed, paid work. You keep control of your prices, commitments and customer relationships.
Quoturn handles the follow-through
- Prepares personalized email follow-ups using the estimate and your approved service knowledge.
- Uses customer replies to address relevant questions instead of repeating the same reminder.
- Routes exceptions and booking requests to your team, with the conversation attached.
- Tracks recorded appointments and paid outcomes for review.
Your team stays in control
- Provide the estimate and recorded contact permission.
- Approve reusable service information once; update it when your offer changes.
- Answer questions that need your expertise and confirm commitments when required.
- Verify completed work, collected payments and any refunds.
From setup to a normal working day
- Tell us how you work. Bring one representative estimate, your business hours and the person who handles questions. No customer list is needed for the walkthrough.
- Choose the simplest intake. Import an estimate CSV, paste existing rows, use the autosaved quote sheet in Client Desk, or use a supported connection after it is configured and tested. Include known site-visit, appraisal or measurement status in the CSV so the next step reflects what has already happened. Capture incomplete details now and finish them before recovery. You do not need to buy a CRM.
- Review and test together. Confirm service facts, permission, scheduling, reply handling and your written plan before delivery is enabled.
- Handle exceptions, not every message. Once enabled, eligible messages follow the agreed schedule. Your team handles missing facts, approvals and specialist questions. Booked, closed or opted-out customers leave the eligible follow-up flow.
Agree what success looks like before you start. In the first session, your team captures an example estimate and sees how a customer question reaches the right person. We check the effort together. At the pilot review, we look at completed paid work, fees and staff time, and ask whether the service is worth keeping. A demonstration or friendly reply alone does not prove a return.
What information do we need for each estimate?
Usually the customer’s name and email, service or project, price, estimate date and actual contact permission. Add relevant project, room or vehicle details and any recorded concern. Approved business knowledge supplies reusable context, so you do not rewrite your sales explanation each time.
If a site visit, appraisal or measurement has already happened, include its verified status; unknown history stays unknown. A completed preliminary visit does not mean the job is completed or paid. For an unfamiliar or custom job, we ask for the missing scope before making technical claims. Quoturn does not invent warranties, discounts, diagnoses or availability.
What if we do not have a booking link?
Customers can request the appropriate next step, such as an estimate-review call or a site visit, and your team can confirm it through Client Desk. If you already have a booking link, we can direct customers to it; a click is not a confirmed booking. Automatic confirmation requires a configured, verified source of availability and your booking rules. We agree the suitable mode during setup.
What does it cost, and what counts as a result?
Software starts at $250/month, paid upfront, with scope and allowances agreed before starting. A separate success fee applies only to qualifying completed, collected work under your written agreement. We confirm the percentage, attribution rules, exclusions and refund handling together. Requesting a walkthrough does not start a subscription.
Example only: at an agreed 5%, $2,000 of qualifying collected revenue produces a $100 success fee, plus the agreed software fee. A message, click or booking alone is not collected revenue. Recorded attribution does not by itself prove additional sales.
Is this right for our business?
It fits businesses with open estimates, room for more work and someone who can resolve exceptions. If you lack inquiries, are fully booked or cannot provide reliable estimate records, we should address that first. This is quote recovery, not a promise of new leads or guaranteed revenue.
What is automated, and what still needs a person?
After setup and activation, routine eligible follow-ups can run on a verified background schedule; your computer does not need to stay open. Missing permissions, unavailable integrations, specialist questions, price changes and uncertain availability require resolution. Email delivery and customer decisions cannot be guaranteed. SMS requires separate setup and approval; it is not included as active by default.
Come as you are.Rough estimates and “not sure yet” are useful on the first call. We record unknowns, help prepare the details and verify them before launch. Reading this guide is not consent to send messages or acceptance of an agreement.
