One place for follow-up, customer questions and the next action your team needs to take.
Import a spreadsheet or enter a quote. Check what is still open, confirm contact permission, and exclude booked, closed or opted-out customers.
Follow up with approved project details. Customer replies pause the sequence, and questions needing expertise go to your team.
Your team confirms pricing, availability and commitments. Track appointments, accepted work, completion and payment separately.
You stay in control. Review your setup and messages before activation. Pause follow-up when needed; customer contact preferences remain in place.
A fictional equipment quote, from a technical question to an accepted order. This demonstrates the process, not a customer result.
Review the source quote, authorized recipient and permission evidence. The buying decision has its own plan; an import alone starts no outreach.
A useful fit when you have open estimates, room for more work, and someone who can answer customer questions.
Remodeling, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, landscaping, pools and planned installations.
Fabrication, gates, window treatments, wholesale orders and specified components.
Cleaning contracts, agency proposals and other services with a considered buying decision.
We review your sales process and software compatibility before proposing a pilot. Immediate service and insurance-led work are generally a weaker fit.
More storage, with the existing layout
Hi Alex,
When we visited, you wanted more storage while keeping the kitchen layout familiar. The plan we quoted pairs new cabinets and countertops with the sink staying in its current location.
If the project is back on your list, that gives us a useful starting point. We can review the storage plan and confirm current scope and pricing before you make a decision.
Reply “review” and we’ll help arrange an estimate review around that plan.
Your project team
Connects the known goal to the scope, with one easy next step.
A monthly software fee plus a success fee on qualifying completed, paid work. We agree your scope and attribution rules in writing before starting.
Your software, AI assistance, email delivery and conversation workspace. We set your estimate allowance, follow-up limits and support scope in writing after reviewing your workload.
The platform fee applies even when no work is won. Start with email; SMS remains inactive until separately approved.
The $250 starting fee is for a smaller agreed scope. Your price depends on estimate volume, customer replies, support needs and integrations. Higher-volume plans are quoted after a workload review. Agree limits before activation; no automatic overages or unlimited support. Custom integrations are quoted separately. SMS is inactive and requires a separate approved scope. Existing accepted agreements remain unchanged.
We agree which estimates qualify before starting, record the follow-up, and reconcile completed work against actual payments.
$10,000 qualifying revenue × 5% = $500
$250 platform + $500 success = $750 totalAt the starting rate, no qualifying revenue means $250 total. No success fee.
No fee on unrelated sales, already-booked work, tax or tips. Refunds and chargebacks reduce the qualifying amount. A booking alone is not revenue.
The monthly platform fee is paid in advance and remains due with no recovered revenue. A 5% success fee is reconciled monthly in arrears on net service and installed-parts payments for completed jobs attributed to Quoturn under the written agreement. Agree eligible estimate IDs and a 60-day booking attribution window before activation; require a recorded Quoturn interaction before booking and evidence connecting the booking to that interaction, including direct bookings with your team. An email delivery or link click alone is not enough. Exclude already-booked work, unrelated sales, tax, tips, refunds and chargebacks. Do not charge on unpaid estimates, bookings or deposits before completion. Credit later refunds against success fees. Your business reviews the itemized statement before invoicing; disputed items wait for resolution. Cancel before the next service month; qualifying jobs booked before cancellation remain eligible if completed and collected within 90 days after cancellation, under the original attribution window. No automatic overages; pause new enrollment at the allowance. No revenue guarantee.
Billing starts only after you accept the written offer. We currently reconcile fees with your business; payment collection is not automatic.
No. Quoturn works after you prepare an estimate. Spreadsheet imports and manual entry are available; supported connections must be configured and tested. We check your exact system during setup rather than assuming an integration is available.
Your team can put verified details into a spreadsheet or enter them manually. We need the customer, quoted work, price, estimate date and contact permission. Missing details can be captured during preparation, but must be resolved before follow-up. There is no need to buy a CRM first.
Yes, when they are still eligible. We review their age, current status, contact permission and any earlier visits. Old prices, scope and availability need to be reconfirmed before commitments. The agreed pilot sets the age range and volume.
The follow-up sequence pauses. AI can help prepare an answer using your approved information; specialist questions and missing facts go to your team. Prices, discounts, availability and other commitments require your approval.
After setup and activation, eligible follow-ups can run on a verified background schedule without leaving a computer open. Your team handles exceptions and commitments. We test the operating mode before starting. Saving a recovery plan does not send a message. Email is the starting channel; SMS needs separate setup and approval.
No. Customers can request a suitable next step and your team can confirm it through Client Desk. Without a configured, verified source of availability, your team checks its calendar before confirming. A booking-link click is not a confirmed appointment.
No. Estimates, replies, appointments, completed work and payments are tracked separately. Recorded attribution does not by itself prove additional sales. Start with an agreed pilot and review completed, paid work, fees and staff effort. The monthly software fee applies even if no work is won.
Request a no-obligation walkthrough. We’ll review your process, show a relevant example and discuss whether a small pilot makes sense.
This requests a conversation. It does not book an appointment, start a subscription, authorize a charge or approve customer outreach.
