Refunds and cancellation.
Effective October 9, 2026.
There is no charge for a website inquiry or walkthrough request. For paid services, the accepted written agreement determines cancellation and refund terms. We review billing errors and preserve your applicable legal rights.
1. Free inquiries and written service terms
Requesting information through Quoturn.net does not start a subscription, authorize a payment or create a cancellation fee. A paid service or pilot starts only under an agreed written scope and payment arrangement.
Before you accept paid service, the written agreement must explain the price, billing period, any recurring payment authorization, included work, renewal arrangements, cancellation notice and refund or credit terms. The published starting price includes a monthly platform fee plus a separate success fee on qualifying completed and paid work; your agreement defines the applicable rates and eligibility.
Refund eligibility, partial-period refunds, unused-service credits and any treatment of completed setup work are governed by that agreement and applicable law. This page does not create a universal refund period, money-back guarantee or blanket no-refund rule. If these details are unclear, ask before authorizing payment.
2. Requesting cancellation
Email team@quoturn.net with your business name, the email associated with the service and a clear request to cancel. Include an agreement or invoice reference if you have one. No special website account is required to contact us.
We will verify the request as needed, identify the affected service and confirm the effective date, any remaining agreed charges and how active work or records will be handled. Any required notice period and treatment of prepaid fees come from your agreement and applicable law. Sending a cancellation request does not itself confirm that a provider subscription has ended; keep our confirmation and contact us again if you do not receive a response.
Unsubscribing from marketing, pausing customer messages, deleting a shortcut or requesting data deletion does not automatically cancel a paid service. Say explicitly that you want cancellation so we can address both the service and billing arrangements.
3. Billing errors and success-fee adjustments
If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, calculated incorrectly or outside the accepted agreement, email team@quoturn.net with the invoice/reference, disputed amount and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, bank credentials or passwords.
We review the accepted terms and relevant records and correct verified billing errors through an appropriate refund, credit or invoice adjustment. We explain the outcome and any additional information needed. Report issues promptly so they can be investigated; this page does not impose a new deadline that limits your legal rights.
Success fees depend on qualifying completed and paid work under the agreed attribution rules. Relevant customer refunds, payment reversals or corrected job records must be reviewed when reconciling that evidence. Merely opening an email, clicking a link or booking an appointment does not by itself establish an earned success fee.
4. Requesting a refund
Send a refund request to team@quoturn.net identifying your business, service, invoice or payment reference, amount and reason. Tell us the resolution you are requesting. We may verify that you are authorized to discuss the billing account.
We assess the request against the written agreement, work provided, payment records and applicable law. We will explain the decision and any approved refund or credit. Approval, amount and timing are not automatic. Payment-provider or bank processing may add time after a refund has been issued; we will provide the relevant confirmation rather than promise a bank posting date we cannot control.
You do not need to withdraw an honest review or waive a legal complaint to ask us to correct an error or review a refund request.
5. Other businesses and legal rights
If you are a customer viewing an estimate from a service business through Quoturn, that business is responsible for its estimate, work, deposits, cancellations and refunds. Contact the business shown on your estimate about those charges. This policy concerns fees paid for Quoturn’s own service and does not replace another business’s refund policy.
Nothing here removes a refund, cancellation, dispute or other right provided by applicable law. An existing accepted agreement is not changed retroactively by this page. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for related information.
