These links prepare an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you review and send it there. If no app opens, copy team@quoturn.net into your email service and use the matching subject above. Ordinary email headers and the details you choose to send accompany your message.

Share only what we need

Use the email address associated with your inquiry when possible. Include a business name or estimate reference if it helps us locate your records. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID documents or unrelated sensitive information. We may ask for a proportionate verification step before releasing or changing records.

What happens next

  1. We review the request and identify whether Quoturn or the business that sent your estimate controls the relevant records.
  2. We verify the request as needed and coordinate with that business where appropriate.
  3. We review eligible records across the website, private workspace and relevant service providers, and explain the outcome or any applicable retention exception.

Deletion is reviewed and fulfilled by a person; this page does not instantly erase records. Some information may need to remain for accounting, disputes, security or legal duties. We may retain the minimum contact restriction needed to avoid contacting you again. A quote link expiring does not itself delete records. See the retention section for details.

An estimate sent by another business

You can also contact that business directly using the details in its estimate or message. To stop estimate follow-ups, reply “STOP” or “no thanks” to the message, or choose the stop option on the estimate page. A privacy request does not itself cancel an appointment, agreed work or payment obligation; contact the business about those separately.
