Terms of Service.
Effective October 9, 2026.
These terms describe the Quoturn website, walkthrough requests and authorized use of its related features. Paid service requires a separate written agreement; browsing or submitting a form does not authorize a charge.
1. Scope and business contact
Quoturn is the service brand presented at Quoturn.net. For website, service or billing questions, contact team@quoturn.net. The legal parties responsible for a paid service must be identified in its written agreement before the service begins.
These website terms apply to use of the website and related request features. They do not replace an accepted service agreement. If the website and a signed agreement differ on paid scope, pricing, data handling, renewal, cancellation or refunds, the accepted agreement governs that service, subject to applicable law.
Quoturn is intended for adults evaluating or administering business services. You must have authority to make commitments for a business you represent. Do not submit children’s personal information or use the service to process it.
2. Walkthrough requests and paid service
A walkthrough request starts a conversation. It does not reserve a calendar appointment, start a subscription, enroll you in unrelated marketing, authorize payment or permit Quoturn to contact your customers. We will discuss the workflow and suitability with you before any service commitment.
Before paid work or customer outreach starts, the business and Quoturn must agree the legal parties, service scope, price, estimate allowance, implementation responsibilities, approved facts, contact permissions, support, data handling, attribution rules and cancellation and refund terms in writing. A demonstration or an in-app review checkbox is not a substitute for the required service agreement.
Quoturn provides software and workflow support for estimate follow-up and related records. The client business remains responsible for the services it sells, its prices, quote validity, availability, safety, work quality and commitments to its customers. A request for a visit or preferred time is not a confirmed appointment or authorization to perform work.
3. Prices, fees and cancellation
Published software pricing starts at $250 per month, paid in advance, plus a separate 5% success fee on qualifying completed and paid work under agreed attribution terms. The starting price is not the entire charge in a month with qualifying work. Your written offer must identify the applicable rates, included estimate allowance, billing period and what counts as a qualifying result.
Any setup work, additional scope, taxes or third-party charges that apply must be explained in the written offer before you accept them. Paid renewals, payment authorization and cancellation arrangements must be stated in that agreement. Submitting the public form does not create a recurring payment authorization.
A click, reply, appointment or sale occurring after an email does not by itself establish a success fee. Fee eligibility depends on the accepted attribution rules and reviewed completion and payment evidence, including relevant refunds or adjustments.
See Refunds and cancellation for how to raise a billing error, request cancellation or ask for a refund. Refund eligibility and any prorating or notice period come from your written agreement and applicable law. This website does not offer a universal money-back guarantee or impose a blanket no-refund rule.
4. Authorized use and responsibilities
Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Businesses must provide accurate approved service facts and the permissions required for their customer communications. Do not upload or activate purchased, scraped or otherwise unauthorized customer contact lists.
Do not impersonate someone, submit malicious code or spam, disrupt the service, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to view another person’s records without permission. Do not use the service for deceptive claims, fabricated reviews, unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Keep customer status and permissions accurate. Stop requests, pauses, consent checks and approvals must be respected. The business must confirm prices, project scope, available times and any other commitments that have not already been approved.
5. Private workspace and customer links
The Sign in link opens the separate Quoturn workspace and its ChatGPT sign-in flow. Access requires an authorized account. A public link, successful sign-in or Home Screen installation does not grant access to someone else’s workspace or records.
Protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected misuse to team@quoturn.net. Your sign-in provider’s terms and privacy notice also apply to authentication. Quoturn may restrict unauthorized access or misuse while it is investigated.
Customer quote and contact pages use individual links. Anyone who receives a usable forwarded link may be able to view the page or create activity associated with it. Keep those links private. Expiring or closing a link restricts access through the link; it does not automatically delete business records.
6. Examples, AI and service outcomes
Website demonstrations, fictional conversations and illustrative calculations explain the workflow. They are not customer testimonials, verified results or forecasts. Compatibility with a particular quoting, booking or payment system must be checked for the agreed setup.
AI-assisted drafts can contain mistakes. Relevant facts and commitments require the configured review and approval before use. Do not treat a draft as professional advice, a confirmed appointment or permission to make a charge.
Quoturn does not guarantee email delivery, inbox placement, appointments, recovered revenue or additional sales. Customer interest, bookings, completed work and collected payments are separate events. Attributed payment evidence does not prove that Quoturn caused additional sales.
7. Information and communications
The Privacy Policy explains inquiry data, estimate and contact-link records, providers, retention and privacy requests. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage. Do not submit customer lists, payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, API keys or unrelated sensitive information through the public inquiry form.
You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow Quoturn to handle that information for your request or the agreed service; submitting it does not transfer ownership of your business or customer records. A business using the service must have authority for the data it provides.
Request-related contact is separate from marketing permission. Follow the stop instructions in a marketing message or email team@quoturn.net to stop Quoturn marketing. Necessary messages about a requested response, account security, an agreed service or billing may still be sent. Use the privacy request guide for access, correction or deletion; use the cancellation process to end paid service.
8. Content and third-party services
© 2026 Quoturn. All rights reserved. Original website materials owned by Quoturn are reserved to Quoturn except for uses permitted by law or with permission. Third-party software, fonts, images, names and marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. This notice does not establish exclusive rights to a business name or domain name.
You may browse the website and use its information to evaluate Quoturn. This does not give permission to misrepresent an affiliation, use someone else’s confidential information or remove required third-party license notices.
Relevant open-source software acknowledgements are available in our third-party software notices.
External booking, map, payment and other websites are operated by their respective providers. An external link does not itself promise that a provider is compatible with your setup or available without a separate account or charge. We identify relevant third-party requirements when agreeing a service.
9. Availability, rights and changes
Website information and features may change, and access can be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. Do not rely on a website request alone for urgent, safety-critical or time-sensitive service; contact the relevant business directly.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not prohibit honest reviews or require you to waive a legal complaint.
The effective date identifies this version. Later website updates do not automatically change an accepted service agreement, add a fee or authorize a new use of data that needs permission. Material service changes are handled under the relevant agreement and applicable law. Contact team@quoturn.net if you need clarification before proceeding.
